Registration Policy
Each Regular/Short/Demo/Workshop paper at the conference must be covered by at least one registration with the rates in the Author Registration table). One Author Registration covers only one Regular/Short/Demo/Workshop paper.
Note that Onsite and Online rates are the same for Author Registrations. Student Registration types cannot be used to cover any paper (regardless of the paper type). The rates in the General Registration table apply to registrations that do not cover any papers.

Payment Policy
All payments will be made by credit card (JPY rate is used for all registrants).
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation and refund requests received on or before November 11, 2022 will be fully refunded. Please contact Seibu Travel Inc. (mmasia2022[at]seibutravel.co.jp). Note that Author Registrations cannot be canceled (see Registration Policy). After November 11, 2022, no refunds will be made.
Privacy Policy
The provided personal information will not be used except for this conference.
ACM/SIGMM Professional or Student Membership
Professional membership is required for Registration at the discounted Member Rate. SIGMM Membership is available at only 20USD/year, and no ACM Membership is required. To join SIGMM, please visit this link (student membership is also available).
